Rental Property Maintenance and Repair
We have a rental property that was in need of several repairs. My father used to take care of the maintenance but is now elderly and is no longer able to do the work. As busy professionals with our own careers, we needed to find a solution to stay on top of property maintenance. For a while we struggled to find someone to take on these small jobs. Everyone we called either was "too busy" or only wanted big projects, didn't return messages, or wanted us to meet to provide a quote. Sam and his team were very responsive, very knowledgeable, and did a great job fixing everything that needed to be fixed. They were experienced in dealing with tenants and we were able to coordinate via phone and text. Sam also identified other items that needed attention in the property which was very much appreciated. Communication was A++ with very clear explanations and the price was very reasonable.
