Good service, but unreliable quote: I was given a price range over the phone and ended paying more. I had a quote from my condo building to replace the laundry safety valve and to replace my kitchen faucet for $300 (I'd bought the replacement faucet). I called Addison plumbing to get a comparison quote and the person I talked to said he couldn't give me an exact quote but it would be in the $195 to $225 range. But when the plumber came, he said $195 to replace the kitchen faucet and another $135 for the laundry valve! I ended up just doing the faucet for 195+tax=220. He was a nice fellow and did a good job replacing the faucet, but I'm not too happy about the price.
