Our 7 year old 50" Samsung TV was cycling on and off. We were sure we would have to buy a new one but decided to spend the $40 for the service call. The entire experience was fantastic. He was clearly knowledgeable, arrived on time and explained exactly what he needed to do after diagnosing the problem. He took our TV to his shop and returned it on the day that was promised for the price quoted. All in all a very very positive experience.

Worst customer service EVER! They were supposed to be here the first week of September last year to do our driveway and regrade & sod the front lawn. They did not show up that week and did not return my calls for a couple of weeks. When I finally got hold of them, I was told they would be here the following week. After many more unanswered calls, and several weeks, I went to the owner's house. I was then promised the job would be done the following Monday. The crew showed up on the Wednesday and did the driveway. Another couple of weeks and several more unanswered calls went by before they returned to do the lawn. It is now late October and several of the sod strips they installed were dead already. The owner told me not to worry, the grass will take root and recover over the winter and all would be good in the spring. He said the work and materials are guaranteed. I called the company in late April to tell them that 10 strips were not growing and had to be replaced. I was promised he would come and look at it that week. Of course, he has not shown up. I bought and installed the replacements myself. We also have a problem spot on the driveway. I don't ever want to deal with these people again.
