Andrea, it’s unfortunate that you’re unhappy with our service. The issue that you had with the patio is everyday issues that occur from removing the forms; these issues are normal and dealt with prior to the sealer being applied.
You had incredible service from us. There were a number of different times that you called our office and Silvio, the owner of the company showed up at your home within ONE hour, and had a service crew to your home within an hour of that. I’d say that’s pretty good customer service.
You had a party on May 24th and wanted the concrete sealed for this party. The party was before the due date of the sealer to be applied (2 weeks), we accommodated that by specifically purchasing a cure n seal sealer to have this done for you. You were upset with us for not showing on a certain day to seal, when unfortunately we were unable to. One day was because the weather wasn’t the greatest, and the next day was due to us being needed on a pour, yes, you should have received a phone call to keep you updated. With construction, as I’m sure you’re aware, some things are out of our control and cause a delay, although, we were not late, you were upset because we were not early!
Instead of going home to be with our family we came to your home at 9:45 Friday night to seal the concrete so that you could spend time with your family and friends on Saturday on your new concrete patio.
If you feel that our hard work, excellent customer service and eagerness to get this done early for you deserves the review you’ve given, then that’s really unfortunate.
