Thanks Lynn, up-grading her kitchen was a big process that involved; re-spraying her cabinet doors, re-tiled, consulted with picking granite for counter-tops and re-painting the walls and trim.
Her bathroom was to re-move and install a new corner shower stall, add a marble tile border surround, new vanity from Gingers and paint walls.
I've also added some designer window film treatments to a few of her windows thats face a brick exterior.
I've been doing "renos" for 20 years besides a career as a Set and Props builder for the TV/film Industry.
