Purchased water heater from Lowe's in Barrie for a good price including installation and warranty. Brian of CGS picked up the unit, delivered and professionally installed in my home. The work was professional in every way, he was careful with the transportation up & down to my basement and explained the procedures if I should have any issues. Although I had purchased the unit from Lowe's, who also are responsible for the warranty, Brian advised to call him directly should I require service and save the usual frustration in sometimes trying to obtain service from a large conglomerate. I appreciate this level of customer service.
