Best home inspector ever. We used his service twice in the past year on the purchases of two homes. He notices everything and is willing to take the time to explain every little thing, even things that are unrelated to a home inspection (like how to set the time for a water softener, or how to empty a central vac unit, or how to change all different filters). His reports are also very detailed and filled with pictures, recommendations, and even instructions on how to fix problems. He's also the best priced and most flexible with scheduling in the entire Kitchener/Cambridge/Guelph/Waterloo area. We wouldn't think of going with anyone else. If we could give him 12 stars out of 10 we would!
