Friday afternoon of the August long weekend and I discovered an old and corroded leaking faucet release valve was dripping in my basement storage area. I reached out to Santos Water & Drain on the recommendation of a Contractor. Amadeus Santos picked up the call immediately, we discussed the issue and he was there within 3 hours with replacement parts he'd picked up just in case they were needed. He talked me through what he was doing, was able to do a quick repair, and was delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend Santos Water Service and Drain for any plumbing needs!

I hired Steve @ Cormier Carpentry to redo my bathroom; and due to Mother Nature and city pipes..he also saved me by doing a great repair job in my basement apartment! Steve is the consummate professional and does fantastic work. He works very hard, keeps to budget and timelines and always keeps you updated on how the the job is progressing. And...also very important - his worksite is as clean as he can make it! My bathroom was a complete gut job, right down to the studs. It is now a beautiful space. I had also hired him to do some work in the basement; and so with the emergency repair work he ended up doing all new floors, backsplash, fixed the bathroom tiles, installed a vanity and did general repair and painting. Steve is a delight to work with and I would highly recommend him for any job.

My experience is a great reminder of why you should always use the experts. A previous contractor had done a sub-par job of installing heating cables on my roof and also damaged my leaf guard system. Darren from North Shore was fantastic! He was able to fit me into his schedule, identified and explained the problem (and showed me pictures), calmed me down.... and then was able to do a quick repair. I will definitely be using Darren and North Shore this fall to redo my eaves and cable system properly!

William is the Ludwig estimator and he is a great guy. He worked with me on my expectations and also made some great suggestions that resolved several concerns. The work crew was fast, efficiant and careful with their work. The job was done well and fast. I highly recommend them for both residential and industrial.

I signed on for 2008-2009 season. They left us stranded,did not clear as promised, and damaged my hydro conduit. They agreed to pay my electrician and as of July 2009, I am still trying to collect payment- they have not responded to calls, faxes or mail. They also own Enery Plus and Rosedale snow removal companies - read other reviews - STAY AWAY from all three!!!

Jack and Jake did a fantastic job creating a bright and spacious basement apartment. They are also creative and so made good suggestions. They also come back and fix things. Get it all in writing and make clear expectation and they are great to deal with.

I have used Michael's services for a year now. He has upgraded wiring as well as done repair work. He is very conscientious and responds quickly to emergencies.HIGHLY RECOMMEND - for big and small electrical jobs

This was the only company that did not try to sell me a new roof. They identified the issues and so did a repair job. They were great and even came back to fix a problem that was not their responsibility - I definitely recommend them!
