Once I gave the go ahead, the work got scheduled for about 3-4 days later. The installer (Ben?) came and provided fast, efficient, professional service. The installer showed pride in his work, took value in doing the job right the first time ("measure twice, cut once!") -- totally professional. He cleaned up everything after the job, hauled off all the old aluminum vs. leaving it on my lawn. And Tiffany @ reception was amazingly kind and very patient, ensuring that all my questions were answered and called to confirm when the work would be done. I would not hesitate to recommend T.
