Ryan & Emil were friendly, conscientious, punctual, and detail-oriented as they gave our tired old bathroom a refreshed, polished look. They expertly removed the old glaze from our tub and resurfaced it anew, plus refinished the tiles surrounding the tub, the vanity sink, the floor tiles, and the wall tiles (which they neatly refinished in white without disturbing an original black horizontal pattern we didn't want to lose). Both before and during the process, the team (including Kim, the General Manager/coordinator) answered all our questions and provided clear insights, allowing us to make informed decisions from the get-go. The contracting team was enthusiastic and hardworking, taking care to ensure every little thing was just right. Joe thinks like a mouse. He knows where, how, why they do what they do, and acted accordingly to rid them from our basement and kitchen. He also showed me every nook and cranny where they had entered, and helped fix the holes and gaps. He laid bait, applied wire sheeting, used cement as necessary, and was generally helpful in shoring up the place. He showed me the main mice hideout with his snaky camera, and was even able to show other spots in the house were mice had entered years ago. He was very available in the weeks following if we had any questions, or if we had to report new mice sightings (which by the way, there were none of). The critters haven't returned since Joe came a few months ago. Joe knows his pests inside out. No B.S. Just friendly, dedicated service and excellent value. Highly recommended.
I checked the exterior and I couldn't see the hole on my first sweep. Funny, I knew there was a hole but I just couldn't see it. Having been in this situation before I took a step back and checked the area from a different angle and saw the hole. The hole was hidden and with the shade almost invisible behind some pipe. Here is an example of how it may have taken me a few hours to locate the access hole however, the problem is finally solved for good. I know this because this job was done in January and we kept in constant touch via email. No mice after 5 months that's a true review based on results. Thanks again,Joe
