The appointment was made easily and a representative was scheduled the very next day. A service representative named Tony arrived promptly at the designated time. After describing the noises in the ceiling to him, he did an external inspection of the house. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set baits around my house. I was told the pests should be gone after two weeks. It has been well over two weeks, and, indeed, there has been no sign of the pests since the day of the appointment. All services were completed within an hour since he arrived. Very efficient and quick service. Tony answered every inquiry I had in a thorough, clear, and professional manner. Tony was very considerate of my house, and was extremely polite to my relatives. A few months back, Ontario Electronics Service had repaired the display on our 7+ year old 50" Plasma TV. Setting up an appointment with Terry for an in-home diagnosis was easy. Both he and his wife arrived promptly at the appointed time, giving us a call before they arrived at my house. They dismantled the TV off of the back mount of my TV stand quickly, despite the fact that I myself didn't even remember how the mounting system worked from all those years ago when I set it up. They laid it down, removed the outer casing, and made an impressively quick diagnosis of the problem. They took it to their shop and returned it in a timely manner, good as new. They were very polite, prompt, and professional with all the work done. They showed much consideration for my home and furniture as well, which was appreciated.
