I had my back door replaced and put a retractable screen in Sept 2012. Last summer I noticed small rust spots that outlined a square in the bottom frame of my door, so I called twice and left messages, my last message was just before 2013 fall. No call back. Called back after this years winter, they said they didn't get any messages and they'll help me if I sent pictures of my door via email. This process started in March. By first week of April, pics were sent. Two weeks fly by, nothing. I emailed again...the receptionist, Judy tells me they want more pics (the whole entire door), but it took me to chase them again to tell me this? So I took more pics, sent them and still no response. I emailed again, Judy tells me that they'd now would like to visit and take a look at it, "they will be contacting you directly to do this and can’t exactly say when, they have their own schedule". Well that's nice, agian > why didn't I get notified of this? Its almost mid May and still no response. In the past couple of months of me chasing them every two weeks and only being able to speak with Judy is really annoying and disheartening. Paying for a door that cost me over $2000 only to rust a year later and no one seems to care. So, If you want to buy a product from these folks and something goes wrong; Don't hold your breath for any help, unless you like to play Tag and you're always the "it" person. :(
