Reliance Protectron bought out my account from another service provider, immediately. doctored the original contract and tried to bill me for the equipment that I owned as rental. I pointed out that the equipment was purchased and installed by myself when the home was built. The original contract was paid to monitor only. The transferred contract was amended by RP and had two diffent colours of ink whre mine was all in black ink. Took trhee months to sort the matter. the matter was corrected only after I supplied my copy that was indeed different.
