Tracy from Port Coquitlam

I have been buying furniture from Al for the last 15 years. Every piece of furniture I own is from one of his stores. He has always been a pleasure to deal with, the quality of the product he delivers is exceptional. I would highly recommend his product and service to anyone looking for high quality.

Called to make an appointment and was told that someone could come by on the same day. He wanted me to wait for him all day and I said I would rather have an appointment time. Made arrangements for him to come by between 3:30-4pm. At 4:10 pm I get a phone call saying he is just leaving Port Moody. I completely understand someone running late but isn't a phone call at 3:30 at least warranted to say they won't be here on time? My daughter had to go to dance and I didn't have time to wait around. I could have rescheduled for sure but if you can't even call and let me know that you won't be here on time? He made an assumption that this would be a simple measurement when in fact it's fairly complicated and I wanted to discuss options. I won't be using this company!
