We have been considering having a deck built for some time and in calling the various companies, Adam at Royal Innovation came through as being extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He always answered our queries and was very patient in addressing any concerns that we had. He helped us obtain a deck that we love, and most importantly, he work within our budget, which we appreciated. Adam's crew member, Radoslav, arrived to build our deck and he was a true professional who was extremely skilled in his trade. We really appreciated his work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism. He was extremely easy to work with. Overall, we had a very favourable experience, and it certainly says a lot about Adam and his team. We would definitely recommend Royal Innovation to any one thinking of building a deck!

We experienced a leak in our upper level due to the ice storm in May. We called a Puroclean and was greeted by a very friendly and concerned woman on the phone. She scheduled an appointment for us the next day, being up front that the time would be communicated with us then (depending on where the crew would be). By noon of the next day, we received another call just to inform us that we were not forgotten but that someone would be around shortly; this gesture, while simple, was much appreciated as it allayed our fears that we were being dismissed or pushed around. Sure to their word, someone arrived on site and began investigating the damage. Greg, the project manager who arrived, was extremely friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and available. We appreciated how well he communicated with us, always keeping us in the loop, even if it was just to tell us that he was working on a solution or waiting for an answer from a third party. The team who came to do the work (Adam, Ibo) were also meticulous and took great caution to keep the work area tidy. We also appreciated that the company dealt directly with the insurance company. I have since recommended Puroclean to our neighbour, who indicated that he was equally satisfied with the company. I would highly recommend this company!

We have been very happy with the work done by Kris and his team. From day one, they have been courteous and very professional. They arrived on time each day and worked well within the time frame they had promised to get the job done. Upon their arrival each day, they took the time to ensure that the work areas were coverd and kept clean. They were also exceedingly patient as we did some last minute colour changes and were very accommodating. Since Kris has painted our house, we have received numerous compliments (even from fellow contractors and trades people) who acknowledge the great job. We would recommend this company to anyone out there.
