We have used their service 2009 and again in 2014 and am glad to say that they delivered the same high quality service . They have good ,friendly ,courteous employees. Our stuff was handled with care and we had no damages ..not even a scratch . Ann has always been very helpful and approachable . We utilized their services for replacing our Furnace and AC - with hi-energy equipments, both for purchase and installation. The price quoted based on the spec analysis done by Bruce Pour was lowest among comparable brands with same BTU (Furnace) and SEER (AC). We found him to be forthright, patient and professional in our various discussions. The installation team did a thorough and clean job without problems. We were also provided with excellent back office service (Anna) in securing the manufacturer and OPA rebates within reasonable time.

Found Moveworks to be an absolutely professional moving service right from quoting for the job to its ultimate delivery. My closing got postponed by a day on a busy time after my stuff was already loaded on their truck. Moveworks handled this situation most professionally and with requisite flexibility with minimal cost impact. The delivery was completed the following day to our entire satisfaction. We found their moving crew led by Ray and Sam to be very helpful and efficient. Really appreciate Ann Thornton and rest of her team's effective communication and helpful service throughout the process.
