These people claimed to they had gone in and removed and treated the furniture, steam cleaned and treated the mattresses and upholstery, and of course taken the mould off the walls. What they did instead was take mould off the most visible places, leaving most of the furniture in place with mould on the walls behind it and on the furniture, and, if the sheets on the beds had been disturbed, I'll eat my hat. In other words, they claimed to have done a lot of things they didn't do. I paid them without checking because it was at the cottage and I was in town, but now I have to hire another company to finish the job. Calls to the manager Michelle have gone unanswered. If I hear back from her I will update this review.

Came and did the work neatly, replaced more pipe than planned but didn't charge extra. All transactions pleasant and efficient.
