Called CJL Plumbing to replace a broken water heater. Cody answered the phone, promised to come within one to one and a half hours , which he did. Prompt, very particular about being clean, covered the floors, brought cloths for clean- up...finished the job in three hours, including picking up a new heater, removal, installation and checking all pipes and vents. Many had screws missing or were poorly installed. Checked on the warranty, which reduced his quote by almost two thirds. I highly recommend this polite, personable young man . From my initial phone call to completion was approx. five hours. Phoned two other highly rated plumbers, and was given a time of three weeks or four days.
