I echo with Anna with her review. Initially my husband and "I were very excited about our new bed. However, we waited a year for our bed to deliver and that is just ridiculous. We too felt the customer service went down the drain once we paid for our bed. We called many times for Debi but she's never there. We are STILL waiting for our headboard for the bed and since her last email in February we haven't heard from her since until I called her yesterday. She promised she would call/email us to let us know the status of the headboard today, but she failed her promise once again. I will give an update once we received our headboard, and hopefully that will be soon and not another year later.

There were many extenuating circumstances with the supplier, unfortunately and we no longer deal with this line. Rose and her husband received a full refund for their headboard. We regret any inconvenience this caused.
