I had a small basement (650 sqft) for renovation. We got 4 quotes and FinishedBasement is in the mid range, but they promised to complete the work in three weeks with no additional charge (one week shorter than their regular schedule). All other companies said at least 4 weeks. I had a tight schedule, so I went with them. I made the good choice! They did it in two weeks plus one day and on budget! Everything was neat and clean. It was the best project I had ever seen. Kyle was very professional on the contract stage and responsive during the execution of the project. Igor and his lads worked very hard and very professionally. At the completion, Igor even paid me $50 for some minor mistakes made in the balance calculation. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I wrote this review 3 months after the project completion to make sure that the quality of the work stands against time. I was very happy with the project and this fantastic team. I definitely recommend them! One suggestion for home owner: talk to Kyle for all your needs and make a good plan before start, because they do things in a very fast pace, no time for hesitation.
