I had several well reviewed companies from Homestars come out to quote my job. Paul was the only one of the three who seemed focused on the longevity of the installation as well as the initial quality which struck a chord with me. His quote was very slightly higher than the others but he worked with us to meet our design requests while keeping price reasonable. In the end I was quite happy to pay a bit more for the peace of mind Paul brought to the table. When the time came for the work to be done, it was done as quickly as weather allowed and very professionally. Since then, there was a little shifting around the edges, but Pro-Loc honoured their warranty without any difficulty for me and repaired the issues quickly and we'll. If I ever move and need this sort of work done again, I will not go to anyone else. Pro-Loc are true professionals and I would heartily recommend them to everyone.

The torsion spring on my rickety old (circa 1978) garage door split in two one night, and this is a big problem since my wife needs to park in the garage. Chris was over to inspect the situation very quickly, and he offered me a price to repair or replace the door. There was no pressure and no big sales pitch, just a fair price for a job.
