Our decision to buy our Manhattan Condo has made us very happy. From our first viewing of the 3-bedroom model we knew it was the home for us. We really appreciated Pratt Homes keeping us involved in the whole process and special thanks to the sales team. We couldn’t get to close to the site, so receiving the homeowners’ updates from Cynthia kept us informed on the progress and she has been extremely helpful. It’s almost 3 months now since moving and we are all settle in. We are meeting our friendly neighbors and are now sitting back and enjoying condo living. We love the Eco Park. It is nature at your doorstep. We couldn't be happier or more excited to be living in our new condo! Thank you Pratt Homes!
