Andy did a phenomenal job both on both providing me the options for the work and the work itself. It was a one day job completed within the week of my accepting his services. He followed all my small requests without issue and was cleaned up and complete in the time he had anticipated. Great work and would definitely recommend for future projects.
When it was time to replace the roof in our house we called the one roofer that had successfully completed a similar project in our previous home...Rosman Roofing. They once again did a superb job! Jake and his team were very efficient and maintained the yard extremely clean. When the work was completed you wouldn't even know that a work crew had been through our yard...absolutely no shred of evidence left behind. Rosman's quality is excellent as proven by several completed roofs in the neighbourhood. Jake is very reliable and shows up when he is echeduled to. More importantly he and his crew don't leave until the work is completed to both his high standards. Last but most importantly, their pricing is very reasonable.
