An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have a large tub and needed more hot water, plus I was doing a roof renovation and didn't want to vent just the hot water tank out of the chimney any more. Gavin came out and was able to explain the unit and the rental package for a tankless water heater. I did need to talk to the service manager to get more answers about the install answered though. The installers were great and explained everything. Made sure everything was vented right. The service was great. The sales people should know that I have a furnace from you guys as well when they come.
