Build in 2007 and the finish was poorly done. Quite often the repair was worse then the defect. Had problems and still have with roof leakage, window leakage. A very poorly done house and very bad customer service. They act like you're the first customer to complain and that they did nothing wrong. Can't wait till sell the house and get rid of this nightmare.
