Steve and his team came in a few days ago and did another great job on our backyard tree. He patiently explained the situation re: the tree and the current point in its life span and then took the appropriate measures to remove branches accordingly. He even suggested some future measures re: tree safety and maintenance which made a great deal of sense and which we will follow up on. The crew left the area clean and spotless and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks again, Steve.

Our side of the roof (we live in a smallish semi) did not hold up well this past winter. Looking into the attic it was obvious there were a few pinhole leak spots. Shingles were falling off the west side and it was obvious the roof needed work all around. Jake showed up on a Saturday morning and not only provided a quick, accurate and highly competitive quote but even went up and put a few replacement shingles to cover a leak spot. We thought that was a thoughtful and smart move on his part - none of the other four roofers we called in made such a gesture. Jake also did not hesitate to provide references for past and current jobs, something not all the other roofers seemed comfortable with. When it came time for the roof to be done Jake brought out a large crew for the task (our neighbor decided to come in for a new roof as well) and the entire job was completed in just over a day. Jake suggested a shingle colour that goes much better with the brick work on our house than the old shingles did. New venting was done and some small sections of roof boarding were replaced at no additional cost. We've had some substantial rain since and there is no indication of any problems. If more tradesmen/contractors were as straight as Jake, people would not be as fearful of hiring guys for renos. We would not hesitate to recommend Rosman Roofing to anyone needing such work.

Steve answered our request promptly and provided us with a quote in a few days. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They clearly knew what they were doing - time management and efficacy were obvious. After removing the specified limbs and pruning the tree overall they cleared up and cleaned up and left the area spotless. Their quote was more than a hundred dollars less than we had received elsewhere. We will definitely call them the next time we have such a need.
