We're happy to have new wood stairway. Excellent work and support from Luciano, Miguel and James. This replaced ancient 40 year old carpeting and that carpeting should have been replaced ages ago. So nice to have upgrade to the wood stairway, with quick and excellent installation, and reasonable price. Besides ourselves and guests, our cat enjoys using the new stairs to get to and from his upstairs extra water bowl. H. Davy

Mark at All Star is fantastic! His prices are reasonable and his work quality and dependability and honesty are perfect. He has been cleaning my carpets and upholstery for many many years. The carpets and upholstery always look brand new after his cleanings. He meticulously gets out all stains with special attention. He even will come to the house almost immediately if there has been a crisis and the cleaning has to done right away! It is impossible for anyone to do a better job than Mark. And, the telephone service to book an appointment is amazingly easy to access with a live answer (or a call back within a very short time the same day). Amazing how we are so comfortable and grateful for the impeccable service from All Star Chem Dry!

I am totally happy with the work done by Mr. Handyman of Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Markham. There were a lot of different repairs to be done. Ralph did them quickly and properly, exactly on the estimated time for the job, even though there was a lot of work to be done. Very polite, with a lot of good advice on home safety to go along with the work. I was especially pleased to have the old worn out 30+ year old light fixtures replace with new fixtures, that are a way better than the original ones that were put into the house when it was built. I needed to get the new light fixtures put in as the old ones were about ready to fall apart! We have asked Ralph to do more work for us, which he agreed to do. I am so impressed with Ralph, and with Barry who answers the phone, and with Darko, the manager. And, this is a rare gem where the phone calls are actually answered 24/7, either by Barry during regular business hours, or by an answering service that quickly puts us in touch with the Company. Superb performance!

Great service and work from Central Vacuum. We needed to have our central vacuum unit cleaned, as it was very filthy after 12 or so years of operation. Central Vacuum thoroughly cleaned the unit, replaced broken bags' holder, and replaced various interior parts on the unit. Also, 2 defective hose outlets were repaired. The work was done quickly, excellently and courteously. Also, the telephone service was so convenient, with a live person answering our call each time that we called the Company. We cannot say enough praise about this outstanding Company.

Hoover's Home Energy is outstanding. We are 100% pleased with Hoover's work and customer service. We reached Hoover by phone with a real live answer on our first call, and we could always easily reach a live person any time that we called the company. Hoover's came out to give us an estimate quickly, as requested. The Napoleon furnace that they recommended is super fine. We checked Hoover's web site for all the selections before the estimate was done. We selected the Ultimate 9700 series furnace, which is a reasonable $800 more than the Napoleon 9600 series very high efficiency furnace, and which is even higher efficiency than the very high efficiency 9600 furnace. The Ultimate is a heavily built, 4 sided insulated, stainless steel/aluminum/titanium furnace with a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger, 15 year furnace replacement on the heat exchanger warranty, a 10 year parts warranty on parts other than the heat exchanger, self-diagnostic indicators, uv light for removing bacteria, and a built-in convenient interior lighting system for inspecting the furnace. Hoover's installed this furnace on time. Hoover's also put in 2 exterior gas shut-off valves, and ran a line for an external generator to power the furnace in case of a power failure, at our request. We also like the 24 hour/7 days a week Hoover's telephone line and on-call service, if ever needed. We highly recommend this outstanding company. And, the service is very courteous and friendly. Plus, Hoover's performed a super good cleaning of our wood fireplace chimney.

We are totally pleased with the outstanding excellent work that Vargas did for us. They put in a beautiful new roof, including taking out the old 2 layers of shingles, and putting in new wood and vents, and putting in the new roof. They also replaced all of our eavestroughs and put in an extra downspout, and the eavestroughs are attractive and wider than our old eavestroughs were, to better accommodate water flow. The work was done on time. One of the many outstanding aspects of the work was the excellent telephone service. We could always reach Vargas easily by telephone, with a real person talking to us, and the initial estimate was done for us when we requested it, which was 2 days after our initial phone call. The service was friendly and courteous. We are very satisfied with the price. We recommend Vargas to everyone who wants to have roof and/or eavestrough work done. I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful company.
