we found this company on line and when we spoke with one of the technician he explained us all the steps about rug cleaning and also the way to put new fringes on Persian rugs either the fringes are made of cotton or silk, even wool. After we saw our rug we could not believe the job he did for us, we are very pleased with the result and do recommend this company to others.
