Derek at BRM was nothing short of exceptional. Very patient and informative and answered all my questions, no matter how redundant or numerous. He never tried to push any of the products he sold and provided fair and objective reasoning for the pros and cons of each them. Better yet no up sale or pressure to buy any other products or service. Adanac was recommended to me by another trades company I have dealt with in the past who also has a great reputation on Homestars (Aquality Plumbing). The team over at Adanac after a minor communication snafu was excellent from beginning to the end. Nothing is better than being given a window when to expect them to arrive and them actually arriving in that window. The team was polite and helpful and quick to point out other issues I may have a future concern with. The job was completed faster than expected per the quoted amount of time and they had mentioned there billing would reflect so. Overall we are very satisfied with the job and how quick they were able to fit us in their schedule. Highly recommended. A++++

I've used Aquality Plumbing several times for work in regards to my rental unit, as recently as December of last year, I'm apologize for not leaving a review earlier. From start to finish the interaction with the team in getting a quote, and then getting booked in was pain free and hassle free. The work was done (in the most recent case a replacement of a leaky faucet) quickly and much to the satisfaction of my tenant with little fuss. I whole recommend them for such an easy hassle free experience.

Keith was friendly, early for his appointment! (big plus), and very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what he was doing and providing great advice and tips for maintaining my furnace system . I especially appreciated Keith's honesty and attitude about going above and beyond normal service to make sure the work is done correctly, Keith was never in a rush and took care to make sure that when moving his equipment in no damage was done to the home, and at a great price!! Would recommend in a heart beat.
