Our house was built 16 years ago, and the deck was rotting and starting to fall apart. Marc was prompt with a quote which we felt was reasonable, compared to several quotes we had obtained last year, but had not acted on. Marc was very sincere and seemed to know he was doing.His crew came by to tear down and remove the old deck. Within one day, they cleaned the site, removed the old lumber, and swept the patio area clean under deck area. The framing and plywood decking were install in another two days, and then the "decksmart" vinyl was laid down. We also opted for soffit and facia to be installed, because it is a 'walk out" underneath. Due to the weather, the "white metal, powder coated" railings were installed the following week, but all the while Marc called and kept us informed of the schedule the project was on. We now have a beautiful new, functional deck. that should last considerably longer than the "homebuilder quality" that we replaced.
