I have dealt with Susan Steele and Cana Windows on two occasions, the most recent being April 2014. Both times, Susan's pre-sales services and post-installation followups were impeccable. She was punctual and professional, and her estimates were accurate and reasonable. She clearly explained all facets of the purchase and installation process. The windows were measured, ordered, and delivered as agreed. The installation date proposed was immediately after the windows arrived, and was very accommodating to our schedule. The installers arrived on time, and did an outstanding job. The high quality of the windows and doors was very apparent in the superior product fit and finish. I manage several properties, so I have experienced the full spectrum of expertise and results. I can state without qualification that the Cana installers are exceptionally talented. The installation work was completed to our absolute satisfaction, and the work site was left clean and tidy. It is clear that everyone at Cana is proud of their personal work, and that of their team.
