I recently purchased an 84 year old home that has some interesting quirks. I had an unused electrical box on the outside of house that was wired and switched from inside the house. I needed an outlet installed for my Halloween and Christmas decorations and thought this would be the perfect thing to do. I had also had a new furnace installed but the guys did not install the thermostat as requested. I asked for a handyman on an In Search Of site and came up with Matt. He came over and gave me a quote and recommendations. THEN the wonderful guy calls and asks if he can do the job a day early. I love the outlet box and the fact that Matt did a bit of extra detail work for me. I have his card saved and will be using him again for some other projects in the future.

My son's notebook suddenly died and I did not realize it was under warranty still. I attempted to reboot it, to no avail. I then left a message at Online Service since it was after hours. They got back to me the next day but I had already determined that the computer was still under warranty and it was fixed by the manufacturer. Online consulting is the first company I think about when needing computer repairs or upgrades. It is wonderful to have a reliable company in a small town. I have used them in the past for an out of warranty computer and it is still going strong.
