Windows replacement brick-to-brick
We wanted to replace all windows (6) in our house but we wanted to go brick-to-brick to get the old frames changed (we knew they were original and more than likely rotten by humidity). After doing months of research and talking to many business owners, we finally ended up to hire Imperial Windows and Doors. Henry is amazing and he is one of the only one on the market who doesn't try to sell you the typical "we are the best" speech. He was ok to do brick-to-brick while many other installers are really pushy to do only retrofit but he was honest enough to let us know the work can be a bit messy due To the fact our house is made of old plaster on wooden lath instead of drywall. We've been through quite a lot of back and forth with him about the colors inside/outside, the opening technology and he never showed any sign of frustration. He is patient and good at explaining. Once ordered, it took around 3 months to get the windows ready to be install and full crew of 4 guys came up and did all the installation job in a day. Henry came on site and spend few hours with us to do the fine setting and be sure we were happy with the product. Overall this is a nice company with good product, great service and fair price. No need to go the fancy big name out there and pay twice as much. With Henry you're in good hands.
Plaster around brick-to-brick windows replacement
We had 6 windows changed brick-to-brick and the window installer left quite a mess around each window that was surrounded by drywall or old plaster and lath. We call Vitoria and her husband to come and patch both drywall and old plaster and they were able to come the day after and quote a very reasonable price. Their job is very good and we can't be happier with the result. I'll hire them again!
I hired Fosco to do the land survey of my home that hasn't been done since 1929 and I can't be more happy with him! His price was very reasonable, he always showed up in time and he did a nice hard work with the worst weather. Since the plan was not updated since 1929 he had to do a huge research job and he never complained about anything. He provided at the end the map in both cad et PDF format for free. I would recommend him to anyone who need a land survey done quickly but with a real honest professional.
