D’Arcy and the Flattery team did a fantastic job of our landscaping. They took a very narrow, semi-detached lot with sagging fences and muddy ground, and reinvented it as a beautiful backyard oasis. They also built a new front porch and stairs, garbage and recycling bin shed, and garden bed and walkway. D’Arcy’s plan made excellent use of the space, and he has a refined, modern design sense that focuses on good materials and superb craftsmanship. The whole Flattery crew were punctual, efficient, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. The head carpenter, Cameron, is excellent - incredibly detail oriented. Countless little finishing touches and details - these guys really care about quality and take pride in their work. Ben, the foreman, went to great lengths to keep the project on track and on time, despite some challenging weather. Even came by the house in one of those epic May downpours (on a day off) to install additional drainage on the neighbour’s property and stop ours from flooding. We’re thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Flattery for your project.

We had Irhan and his team come in to do a small, slightly awkward stucco job. It was a last minute decision to do before residing the house. Irhan was prompt and helpful responding, provided a reasonable quote immediately and was at the house working within a few days. They did a solid professional job and Han was a pleasure to deal with.

We had Serge replace all the eaves and downspouts on our house and install a leaf guard system. He was the only one of the companies we contacted who personally came out to talk over the project in order to provide a quote. When the job was awarded he came back to go over colours and options. They showed up on schedule and finished in a day. They did a great, professional job - everything works perfectly and looks tidy. Serge also followed up weeks later to make sure we had no issues. Professional, very pleasant guy to deal with. Highly recommended.
