Gilbert was paid in full for the renovation but he did not complete the work. Due to clogged pipes, the toilet & sink were not installed. I had to find another plumber to clear the drain pipes. Gilbert said he would come back after the pipes were cleared but wasn't able to because of illness in the family. Gilbert then said he would reimburse me the cost of getting toilet & sink installed as he couldn't return himself. The other plumber charged me $250. He is ignoring my messages and registered letter I sent. I would not recommend Gibb's Home Improvement to anyone. He insisted on being paid every day, so at the end of the week, he already had all his money even though he didn't finish the job. He wanted the money to be left for him in a hiding place in the morning on a daily basis.
