We purchased 2 sliding door cabinets from this store with a 25% deposit and paid the remaining balance before delivery as per the store policy. The cabinets were delivered very dirty (took 2 hours to clean them) and damaged - apparently because of the fact that they are shipped from overseas. The store agreed to take one of the cabinets back and promised refund but have been delaying pick-up (and refund) for one (1) month. The store owner is not accomodating and rude and has threatened that the cabinet better be in its original condition or else they will consider us accountable.
