We were looking to get the old singles replaced on our house. After some discouragingly high quotes, we began to notice the signs for "Oxxo Roofing" around our neighbourhood, and thought why not give them a call. The 2 main guys showed up sporting bright orange Oxxo t-shirts and a friendly but professional manner. They sized up our job, took some time to work through the numbers, and gave us a very attractive quote right on the spot. They are young, but the senior guy, Amilcar, clearly knows his stuff. When I asked about trickier issues that the other companies had raised, he answered with confidence. After checking a couple of things about them, we decided to go with them. We are very pleased with the outcome. They did everything that was agreed to, and it all unfolded pretty much as they said it would. No surprises. They estimated it would take two and half days; they finished in three. They were conscientious about the neighbours, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. And when we noticed one small issue a couple of days later, they responded and addressed it quickly. They are hard-working likeable guys who do a good job, and show a sense of pride while doing it.
