We had our basement framed by another contractor and had Mr. McKay do the dry wall and painting. We were at a loss as to what to do with the cement floor and Mr. McKay came up with the solution as to painting it so it looks like Tile. Wow does it ever look great and it sure does fool everyone. They bend down to touch and even then they aren't sure. This was the first time we had ever had a contractor in to do work that didn't extra us to death. In fact I really don't remember if there was anything extra and if there was it was determined before the work was done.
