There are inexpierienced people in Hardware and Paint. Management changes frequently and is very rude with handling returns and defective merchandise. Service a few years ago was much better. This is a franchise store and the dealings with the owner have been very unpleasant.

Work was slow and some of the sub trades had to be changed. The first group of painters were sloppy and had to call and have other painters come in.

had to call numerous time for adjustments. broken hinges were used and i had to see that new ones were instaled. they workers left some garbage behind. this i did myself to get them out.
