I must say that it was a mistake coming to this company for garage door, aluminium cladding, and garage opener installation. The work was uncoordinated - one person came to replace the door on schedule on Saturday, had no idea when the other person will do the cladding of the frame and surely enough no one turned up that day. No call from the company to communicate the schedule for the second person. The person who came to fix the garage door did not have all the material and left the job half complete. The garage is not secure and remains uninsulated for the entire weekend. He scratched my brand new garage door opener and broke an existing light fixture in the garage. I tried to call the sales person who did not respond. I called the Service Desk on Sunday who asked me to call them back on Monday. I expected that the company representative would have said that some one from the company will follow-up with me on Monday - but now I am required to chase them up. The job is still not complete. I must say it has been a very frustrating experience.
