The furnace broke in a rental property I own and Afterglow fixed it quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. It was winter and the tenants were getting cold so I appreciate their speedy service in getting this resolved ASAP. The technician that evaluated the problem was terrific. He wasn't pushy, taught me a bunch when I asked questions trying to learn more, and I definitely felt like he was doing his best to help me make an informed decision and not just trying to get me to get them to do a bigger job than what is needed (ex. replace the entire furnace where they would have made more money). I was very happy with the integrity and knowledge sharing and will definitely be going to them again for any future HVAC issues. Kornel

I dealt with Kevin and Paul and they were wonderful in every way. Very knowledgeable, didn't try to up-sell me to higher prices products and services that I didn't need (unlike some of their competition which can feel a bit annoying and pushy). I'll definitely be going with them again. Prices were fair, and I actually felt that they were doing their best to keep the costs low for me as opposed to trying to escalate the project and say that more work is required than there actually is.
