My Brock Windows experience was fantastic. Mike who was responsible for giving me a quote was very professional, came to my home three times because we had a lot of questions and he was always willing to assist us. We ordered 10 windows and 2 doors, and it took about 8 weeks because my wife insisted on a custom garden door. Stefan and his crew showed up to installed the windows and doors, and this is where the “magic” happened. Stefan and his crews were very professional and courteous; I watched them remove all 10 windows in about an hour and had them installed shortly there after. They started working at 9:00 am and didn’t finish until 6:30. As they were cleaning up I realized they didn’t even stop for lunch, they just kept on going. My neighbors all commented on great the windows and doors looked and I gave them rave reviews of the company and especially Stefan and his team. I wish all the people that come to do work in our home were as great as Stefan. Thanks for all the help, this was a major purchase for us and I really appreciated the attention and care that Brock Windows provided us.

We have had two jobs thus far with Modern Design, and we will certainly be calling them for all future jobs. Raja and his brother are fantastic to deal with, they always go the extra mile and never “nickel and dime” us for any small extras. Quick story, I original gave Modern Design a $500.00 deposit in Oct 2013 they came in to help me with my Kitchen Reno in January and completed the job a couple of weeks later. I went to make my final payment and I thought it was $800 but Raja said I only owed him $300 because I forgot about my original deposit. This just shows you how honest he is, not many contractors would be this honest. They do fantastic work and I have been pleasantly surprised with their dedication, no matter how cold it is outside. During one of the coldest days in January, Raja and his brother were outside drilling a hole for my vent and never complained or cut corners. I have never had any issues with them not showing up on days that we have scheduled with them, and they have always shown up when we needed them. Modern Design is very professional and a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend him for any kitchen or bath work that you have. I know I will be using them for all my future home improvements.

During the demo of our old kitchen we found two boiler water pipes sticking out of the floor and I needed them removed before my new kitchen cabinets could be installed. After months of waiting the kitchen people were scheduled to come in the next day, so I was in a panicking. I luckily stumbled on Cam company using the HomeStars site so I gave him a call. Cam already had a job scheduled that day but agreed to help me last minute. Not only did a great job removing the old water pipes he also fixed a towel rack boiler that has never worked since me moved into the house. We now have heat in our upstairs bathroom that we never thought we would have. Cam did a great job and I would highly recommend him
