Jafar, the proprietor at Best Way Heating, is an amazing fellow. This is my third review of his business. This seems odd, even to me, so I want to make it clear that I am not affiliated with him or Best Way Heating in anyway except as a very satisfied customer. I had asked Jafar to attend my house for a furnace issue. He came the next day and immediately discovered it was simply the fan switch had been accidently thrown to operate in continuous mode; a simple flick of the switch fixed the issue. He also noticed that the induction fan ran for quite a long time before the ignitor came on so he cleaned a vacuum hose attachment tube, which solved this issue immediately. As I tried to pay Jafar for the callout he told me it wasn’t necessary, and absolutely refused to let me pay him for his time. What makes this all the more incredible is that it turns out that Jafar had been to my house a little earlier that day, before I was home, hoping that he could make the appt early. When he found out I wasn’t there he had the unfortunate luck to damage a very easily damaged portion of our strata building as he backed out (happens all the time). He put his company sticker on the damage and informed me he would be paying for the repair. When the quote for the repair came in, he refused my offer to pay half of the repair costs (as I felt responsible for calling him out unnecessarily and not paying him for his time.) Please call Jafar for all your HVAC/hot water needs. You will not be sorry.

This is my second review for Best Way Heating and Jafar and team. A truly amazing experience! Jafar went WAY beyond a normal service appointment. He basically took the entire furnace apart and cleaned everything, he must have removed a pound of dust from the blower fan and fixed an odd problem with the induction fan. The name says it all, these guys are the BEST WAY to get your heating appliances serviced.

I bought what I later believed to have been an opened box shower valve for a second bathroom in my home. After the install I found out (by using the trouble shooting guide included by Moen) that the valve was likely stuck. Took it into the retailer and no questions asked they simply gave me a new valve. Moen has a lifetime warranty so no questions asked. The box was also missing a set of screws and a set screw. I phoned Moen and they shipped the missing screws to me immediately. Very happy with the service.

Jafar is a star! We had an odd problem with our water heater which caused it to not stay lit. He worked it out and everything works fine! I would definitely call him in again.
