9/10 because they were a few days late on the entire project (1650 sq ft), which took a total of 4 weeks. Otherwise, no issues and very easy to work with. The contractors were very good and it was never a hassle to get in touch with someone from Basement Bro. I made several changes to the plan during the project and they were able to accommodate. My basement is now finished and I plan on renting it out.

We completed legal basement apartment for Brian in Oakville. I'm glad that new tenants are in now and everything works! The permits took a little bit of time but sometimes you encounter unforeseen issues with the city inspectors. Glad to see everything is resolved!
