I called City Appliance Service & Refrigeration to come and service my broken refrigerator. I was assured by the technician that if I ran into any issues the company offers a warranty that covers 1 year worth of parts and 90 days worth of labour (the warranty is explicitly noted on my receipt). After about 2 months after they came in my refrigerator started to malfunction again. I called them to have them come back and fix it, after several promises that they would come they failed to attend any of the appointments we had set. They have not to this day responded to my service calls and have refused to honour their guarantee. would also like to notified you that Sandra from All Canada Refrigeration & Appliance called and threatened me and my husband for posting a complaint to the BBB. We recorded the conversation as proof. She called me to tell me that my complaint should be for another organization and that she had nothing to do with the organization that I had set the complaint against. I am certain that my complaint is accurate but feel very uncomfortable after hearing her say (I quote)...."you are going to end up in a ditch" WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the weeping tile system Mud Monkeys provided me with. I own a 100 year old home. Needless to say, the house requires quite a bit of work. The basement in particular has quite a few problems. Most notably, however, has been the years of water leaking through the bricks creating both tremendous brick degradation and mold growth. As a result, I decided that the best solution would be to install a weeping tile system that would redirect the water and drain it out. I looked at least 15 quotes before deciding to go with Mud Monkeys. From the time I first spoke to Darby on the phone to the the day the project was fianalized, Darby and his team's professionalism, dedication and diligence continuously exceeded my expectations.Mud monkeys not only offers a very reasonable price for their line of work but more importantly they did the job in a timely and tidy manner. They managed to install their entire system in TWO days!!! The team was extremely personable and polite. We are extremely happy that we decided to go with Mud Monkeys.
