Mike was recommended to me by a friend who had done a new build inspection with him. To begin the report you will receive is fantastic. It's complete with pictures and direct links to the standard it's derived from. Whether it's manufacturer, building code or CSA. The report is readable. As somebody without mechanical aptitude or any understanding of how to build a house I was able to read and understand each part. I wasn't home for the inspection but my wife was and she was thorough impressed. She said Mike was the nicest guy and made every accommodation to ensure our new born and her were not disturbed during the inspection. All in all this was an extremely professional and friendly interaction and we were able to catch some critical stuff that will be able to save us money in the long run and keep us safe. I'd recommend Mike in a heartbeat.

Fence completed in 3 days. Crew respectful, worked long days. Post was out a few inches initially and crew dug up, relocated and re-concreted post to correct position. Drilled into the house rather than setting concrete. Both gates have not aged well, I ended up having to do a bunch of work to get them to work properly. Compared to other fences done near by the work is mediocre. Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't use again. But it's OK work all in all.

Easy process to book with good availability. $250 flat rate for sewer main cleaning. Used 3 inch auger.Took an hour to complete. Friendly service. Would definitely use in the future.

We had these guys out roughly three months ago to clean our vents. We just had a new furnace installed, so imagine my surprise when the installer tells me he strongly recommends that we clean our vents. He shined a light into a chamber in the vents and I could see large pieces of debris, dust, hair, etc., in it. In so far as I could tell he had gone around and vacuumed the opening to each of the vents. The technician asked us if we wanted the vents sterilized. Unknowing I opted for the service, only to find out that all they do is spray a bunch of strongly scented lemon product into the furnace. The smell wears off in a few days and is only applied in one area. Waste of cash. (Live and learn) He cleaned out the chimney but I don't think he did a very good job of that either as there was again a bunch of garbage in there when they did the new furnace install. The the companies credit the guy who came out was on time, professional in appearance and courteous in the delivery of service, if it weren't for the total lack of value in the add-on and the incomplete service I would have been much more likely to positively rate/recommend and reuse this service. However I wouldn't do any of the three at present.

Sun Valley HVAC just completed a new furnace install for us. Price: Very reasonable quote. Decent equipment. Cleanliness: They laid down cloth to protect our floors. They did a wonderful job of clean up. Everything looks tight and you can tell they take pride in their work. Installation: We had nightmare legacy plumbing in place that they cleaned up. They flipped the furnace around from its previous configuration which was super awkward. Moved the furnace switch to a better spot, so I didn't have to go into the crawl space to flip it. The took their time with this installation to ensure it was done in a quality fashion. Service: Scott took the time to talk us through all aspects of the installation. He asked explicitly more than a few times if we were completely satisfied with everything. He has a great personality. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.
