I will NEVER buy from them again. If you want poor service and being ignored, they are the ones you want yo go to. Rob claims they have a top notch customer service, but their so call top notch service is NEVER returning your calls. My husband has called and left messages for him numerous times and never heard back. It got to a point where I got very frustrated and stepped in and wrote him a nice long email about the terrible service we have ever since we closed and the outstanding repairs that STILL have not been done where he finally replied. He is rude and accused me of "abusing" him when I was not even using any profanity. How do you expect someone to speak when they are upset. Clearly I would have been swearing but I did not. He is very unpleasant to deal with. I've spoke with Julia before and she said she'll call me back but she never did either. They get 5 stars for not returning phone calls. We have water damage underneath our sink in our laundry room and the water had seep downstairs to the kitchen. He said it was our problem and not theirs. Their service guy came in and took a look at it and all he did was draw a circle with a pencil. Apparently the work order claims he had tighten the hoses which is why it was leaking (full of crap!) We had checked when we connected our hose and there were no leaks and my husband was there when he came in and he did not tighten anything. They are all LI*RS!!! He said that once you buy the homes and its damaged, it is your responsibility and not theirs. Unless we can prove it. But how do you prove something when no one (not even primont themselves) know where the source is. Because no one knows, they are not going to do anything. Once they take your money they don't care. Their workmanship is terrible and quality is not worth half a million. They are very nice until you sign the agreement. Their decor rep claims the laminate flooring will not scratch. But take your nails and run it along your floor and it WILL scratch. I will not even give them 1 star. Never BUY from them. You will get a lot of headaches. I don't want to stay in my house anymore but I can't do anything about it. Rob knows nothing about customer service! He calls me and tells me this is too overwhelming and he will take his good will off the table because there are too many people involved (just me and my husband). Is that what customer service is? This is what he is suppose to deal with everyday and if he can't deal with it, he needs to find a new job. You do not tell a customer that. He likes to put himself on a high pedestal but yet he does not have one ounce of what customer service is. They need to find someone who actually knows what customer service is because I can tell you, it is not him. I've spoke to many of my neighbours and they will tell you their service is terrible! All I want is for that problem to be fixed!!!!!
