An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had Rockwood Electric come and fix some outside plugs and fix a plug in the house that blew up. Dale arrived on time and had everything with him to fix the problems right then. Dale was also helpful in providing a lighting solution for our bedroom and added a dimmer. I was offered a whole home surge protection and wasn't sure I needed it. Dale gave me some materials and asked me to research it. I was very happy with the none pushy sales approach and called them back to install surge protection package.
