Naz came by to look at what was wrong with my dryer. He claimed the control panel needed to be replaced and ordered the part claiming it would be in the next day. I called him every 3 days consecutively and was told it didn't come in, but would be in the next day...finally, he just stopped answering my calls and did not return my messages. Extremely unprofessional and I wish he would have just admitted he didn't know how to fix it rather than drag things out over two weeks. I would recommend DSE Appliance any day over Naz and Edmonton Appliance Repair.
