Called EnergyTech on a weekend and arranged an appointment for the following Monday. Two technicians arrived in the established time frame and quickly diagnosed the problem. They replaced a faulty part, tested the oven and checked the gas supply linkage. All work was done efficiently with minimum disruption for a good price. Very pleased with the result.
